“This confirms that Waterleau engaged the services of Cooper & Associates Ltd. for the construction works at the Red Stripe Brewery Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Two phases of the works were successfully undertaken by Cooper & Associates Ltd., the Civil Engineering Works and the Electro-Mechanical Works-Contract. The project started in March 2006 and was successfully completed in April 2008.

Cooper & Associates Ltd. performed satisfactorily on the works. The project was completed within the time for completion and the quality of the workmanship was and the technical competence of their project team was very good. These jobs were the subject of a fixed price contract.”
